A: Orders can be placed through our website, which you can find on all our social media pages.

Q: Can I request specific colors or themes?
A: Yes as long as we have those products available.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Q: Will my phone case look exactly like the sample photo?
A: Since all pieces are handmade, no two cases will be exactly alike. Your case will be similar in style while remaining one-of-a-kind.

A: Most custom orders take 3-14 business days (depending on specific item) to create before shipping.

A: Shipping times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes! Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

A: Keep your items away from extreme heat, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft cloth.

Q: Can my accessory break if dropped?
A: Resin is durable but not unbreakable. Dropping or rough handling may cause damage.
